To start the order process, please fill out our order form and we will contact you to discuss your order and schedule an appointment
We recommend that you place an order as soon as you have selected a date, and at least 2 weeks before the event for sculptured and structural (fondant) cakes. At least 2 days for standard cakes and cupcakes.
We require that gourmet cupcakes, cookies and desserts be ordered by the dozen, at least seven (7) days in advance.
We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes that are made 7 days before the order's due date. Please note - extra charges may apply to last-minute changes.
We have a standard list of cake flavours and fillings. If you have a flavour in mind, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it for you!
Our custom cakes are by orders only. We do not have custom cakes available for pick up or sale as each cake is made to order. Our Signature Cakes can be ordered one week in advance.

Our cakes are completely custom made and priced individually by the complexity of their design. There is a $50 minimum on any cake.
We are happy to work within your event budget and encourage you to contact us for a design/tasting appointment so that we can discuss your cake order in person.
Yes. We can take an image or picture of your choice and print it on sugar paper to be placed on your cake. These edible images can be added at an additional cost.
We cannot duplicate an exact replica of another cake artist's work but will ensure the look reflects your ideas.
Our cakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake. We'll inform you before hand which pieces cannot be eaten. It is therefore, your responsibility to ensure that all non-edible pieces are removed before serving.
There is a delivery and set up fee of $100 in Virgin Gorda and $200 in Tortola.
While it is generally not a problem for clients to transport smaller cakes, self-transporting any cake is at your own risk.
Charm’s Blissful Bites is not responsible for any damage that may occur to any client-transported cake once it has left our bakery.
Cake tastings are available for wedding cakes and special occasion cakes for 75 guests or more and require at least one week’s advance notice. We charge a fee of $30 and include a variety of cakes to sample. If your order is made within five days of your tasting we will credit this fee to your account.
If you should need to reschedule or cancel your cake tasting we ask that you contact us no later than one week in advance. In the event that an appointment is missed or cancelled less than one week before the appointment your fee will not be refunded.
During the meeting we will discuss the design of your cake, so please bring any pictures, invitations, etc, that will help us come up with something perfect for your event. The tasting lasts up to one hour, and we ask that you arrive on time to ensure that you are allotted your full hour.

The order is considered "booked" upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit (total the value of the cake, delivery charges, equipment deposit) and a signed contract (for fondant cakes) is required to secure your order and the final payment is due one (1) week before scheduled delivery or pickup.
Final payment is due one (1) week before the order due date. Charm's Blissful Bites reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is late, unless otherwise stipulated. In which late payments will incur a fee of $20 per week..
If the cake is booked 7 days or less before the event, the deposit will equal 100% of the total cost.
Cancelled orders will be refunded minus the deposit and any monies already spent on supplies. If the Client fails to make payments, Charm’s Blissful Bites will not begin work, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
We accept cash, cheques, direct deposits, ATH Movil, credit card and PayPal payments. Returned checks and surcharges will be charged a $75 fee.
